Deceases in hospital /UPDATED/

At 04:45 on July 30 Armavir police division received a report from hospital informing that a woman was hospitalized with the diagnosis of «heavy closed craniocerebral injury, brain contusion, intracranial haematoma, state of coma».
The arrived task force found out that the woman was Hatsik village resident Vergush Sargsyan, DOB 1936, who suffered her  son’s Vardan Stepanyan’s blow during a quarrel in her apartment.
According to the doctor’s words, Vergush Sargsyan was not able to give evidence.
At 09:50 on the same day Vergush Sargsyan deceased in the resuscitation department in hospital.
In relation with the given case a criminal proceeding is initiated  under the article 112, section 2, clause 14, of the RA Criminal code.
Thanks to the operational search measures taken by officers, Vardan Stepanyan was detected and detained on July 31.
Vardan Stepanyan is arrested.
The preliminary investigation is underway.
